late checkout diverse options
The hotel rooms are well maintained. I was welcomed with balloons and cake. Late checkout was available to me. Breakfast offered diverse and good options. Food at the beach grill was really good. The kids club also was really nice.
I noticed the provision for charging sockets could be improved.

breakfast buffet many choices room's temperature staff attempt
The breakfast buffet offered many choices. There was Western, Chinese, Asian, and Japanese food available.
I had issues with the room's temperature. It took three staff attempts to adjust it. It took over ten hours to figure out the settings.

Wonderful Rooms and Great Service
pristine appearance spacious room variety of cuisines
The staff gave very warm welcomes. The hotel maintained its pristine appearance. The spacious Garden Private Pool Villa included separate bathtub and shower. The hotel offered a wide variety of cuisines and dining options at the restaurants.
I found the humidity was excessively, this resulted in an unpleasant smell.

The gym has chilled fresh towels. Staff wipes down treadmills after each use. The resort includes many dining options. I found the cuisine variety was really good.

My room had a large separate shower and bathtub. The room was super clean and the design felt very luxurious. I did appreciate the twice-daily housekeeping.
